Shipping times vary depending on your region. This is calculated at checkout.
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of purchase.
Currently, we deliver to the United States and Canada, with intentions to expand our shipping destinations to include additional countries in the near future.
Our system is designed to fulfill orders as soon as possible. As a result, once an order has been placed, it becomes near-impossible for us to cancel it, make any alterations to the items purchased, or modify the shipping or billing address. To address any concerns or requests for changes in such situations, we suggest contacting us immediately via email at info@saponu.com so the issue may be sorted.

Usage
Yes, our soap bars and great to wash your body and hands; all the skin on your body.
Although our soap is good for the whole body, we do not recommend it be used as shampoo. Shampoo has an average PH level of 5.5-6.5 whereas soap has an average PH between 8-10. So keep using your favorite shampoo for now until we release our own!
Yes. The fragrance may fade and the appearance might change after one year. We suggest use within the a two-year time frame after you recieve it.
Though every soap bar goes through a full curing process, we do not suggest use on pets. Essential oil exposure could lead to dermal absorption or eventual ingestion once your pet grooms or licks itself, and this can have sickening effects.

Our products are all made with natural ingredients. However, there is a chance that some individuals may have allergies or negative reactions to specific ingredients. To ensure your safety, we advise you to carefully review the list of ingredients for each product before buying or using it.
Brand Integrity
No, we have not, and will not ever test on animals. Our ingredients are also not tested on animals.
